On 9 May (from 10AM WEST), the NOWALL partners will be promoting the workshop “Europe, Human Rights and the Fall of the Berlin Wall”.
This workshop will be based on the “counter and alternative narratives” for the promotion of diversity in Europe. The idea is to involve the participants in deconstructing some arguments related to freedom of expression between the two sides of the Berlin Wall and the limits of it as a human right and the use of hate speech as a way of manipulating the masses, in the past and in the present.
The event will have the following organization:
1) 10:00 am to 1:30 pm (30min coffee break) – Freedom of Expression, a human right;

3) 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm (30min coffee break) – Hate speech, past and present.

Considering the current situation, we will conduct the workshop in the building’s outer space in order to minimize any risk. As well as we oblige the use of masks and other precautionary measures.
